We need help managing the household and raising our three lovely kids. Ideally hoping to find someone with availability in the mornings and afternoons Monday - Friday, with two of these days being full days (7am - 6pm). Flexibility on which days these are, kids are at school in this time.
The kids want someone to play hide and seek, go on adventures, make treasure hunts, listen to their stories, create healthy food that tastes like treats, and enjoy their company.
We work full-time in legal roles and we struggle to maintain order and calm without assistance. We would like someone who brings generosity, care, intelligence, humour, resilience, consideration, energy, health, organisation and warmth to our home. The tasks include making lunches, making dinners, baking, packing bags, buying groceries, tidying up, washing, buying presents, culling and restocking clothes, school drop off, activity shuttling, mediating, negotiating and placating as appropriate. We are nice and we treat people well. We are not religious. We don't smoke. We don't have a pet although the kids will speak of nothing else.
Please get in touch if you are interested? Rate and hours can be discussed.
We are looking for someone to pick up our 9 year son from school in Lindfield, bring him home help him with homework, take him (and the dog) to the park and after school activities. My husband and I work full time and we have 2 older girls at high school.
We are moving from Singapore to Sydney (Chatswood) in August, with 2 boys.
Jake is 3 and Zac is 1. They are lovely boys and love being in the outdoors. They can be a little shy at first but can be a bundle of (too much) fun once they are familiar with you.
Zac is likely going to be home on Monday and Friday, hence we will need someone who can support us with caring for him from 9am to about 3pm or 4pm.
We are looking for someone who is physically active and loves the outdoors. Someone who loves kids, and is patient with kids. Ability to speak Mandarin/ Cantonese is a bonus 😊
Happy to chat and meet up to share more about the boys and the help we need.
We have 4 children aged 14, 12, 10 and 8 years. We need someone to pick up from school in Lane Cove at approx 3pm and come home to support with homework with the 10 and 8 year old, the two older children are very self sufficient and mange themselves. On some days there are the 4 children for pick up (2 schools nearby to each other) and other days there will only be 2 children. Basic help within the home is also appreciated; packing and unpacking dishwasher and a small amount of ironing of school shirts.
We are a working couple with a beautiful eight-month-old baby boy. We are looking for someone who is kind, caring, energetic, and outgoing, to look after our son for two whole days per week - our strong preference is for Tuesday and Thursday, between 8am and 7pm.
We would like to hire someone who will take a proactive approach to helping our son grow and learn about the world through a range of activities, including lots of play, reading and activities. We would also like help with light household duties relating to our son, specifically with washing his clothes, cooking for his meals, and light tidying / cleaning up the kitchen after his mealtimes.
We also have a family dog (a 2 year old chocolate Labrador) who mostly spends his time inside the house, so we would love to hire someone who loves dogs and is comfortable around them.
Hi, We are a family of 5, an 11 year old girl and an 8 and 3 year old boy. I’m looking for a calm and organised person to join our family 2 days a week. The job mostly consists of helping out with the household chores like laundry, cooking, tidying the house and looking after (bathing, babysitting etc) and playing with the kids. Occasionally other household jobs will be asked of you like organising the pantry, cleaning the fridge. We have weekly cleaners so no heavy cleaning is required. We are very friendly and accomodating.
Our daughter is 13 years old but has intellectual delay and is the mental equivalent of about a 3-4 year old. She has some physical disabilities where she will need some support eg holding your arm walking in unfamiliar areas until she is familiar with the ground. She is very friendly, loving and happy. She loves to listen to music and dance, spin toys and watch TV and play the organ. She will love to talk with you and ask you many questions (mainly about what is for dinner). She loves to laugh and have fun and doesn't have any difficult behaviours like aggression, running away or tantrums. She is in nappies and will sometimes let you know if she needs them changed but not all the time. We also have a very friendly Samoyed dog who is part of the family. We need care for around 3 hours each day after school from when she gets home until after she has dinner. We need someone who can do about 3 days a week (ideally Tues-Thurs but some flexibility on the days). Meeting her school bus when it arrives home and bringing her into the house; Cleaning out the school bag and getting lunch prepared for the next day; Preparing afternoon tea (she can eat by herself but can't cut and prepare it); Bathing and dressing; preparing and cleaning up after her dinner; Changing her nappy when required; Playing with her and ideally playing some educational activities with her to help her develop.
There will be quite a bit of time to yourself during the time as she plays or watches TV or is in the bath.
Family of 3 (mum, dad, 3yo boy) soon to be joined by new baby boy in Sept. Mum will be taking 1 year of annual leave when baby comes (so will be around at home but still will require help with the baby). Eventually will require sole charge nanny to look after 4 year old boy plus 1 year old boy.
Good job security for many years to the right nanny (same consistent weekly schedule and hours for at least 3 years). Must have own car and not reliant on public transport. Prefer minimum one year commitment. We have had best experience with university students who do not have many practical/on-site placements.
Ideal nanny: passionate about early childhood education (emotional, physical and academic), punctual, organised, good communicator and good at multitasking/being proactive and taking initiative.
Follow baby & toddler's routine of feed/play/naps, plan educational themes & activities for the week. Cleaning & organising all child related things (cutlery, children's toilet seat, clothes, linen, play areas). Minimal food prep (all main meals will be pre-organised that just requires heating or cutting up of snacks). Attending some errands/appointments with mum.
Weekly schedule of light domestic duties (approx 3 hours a week total, split across 3 days) including unloading dishwasher, helping with laundry, wiping down kitchen bench/dusting and vacuuming the main living area of house, some food prep (veggie and meat chopping for parents), taking bins out once a week (treating the house like their own home).
