He loves spending time outdoors, playing on playground equipment, and engaging in physical activities. This role will suit someone energetic who likes spending time outdoors.

The role will involve regular outings (parks, playgrounds, play centres, play groups, arts and crafts classes, the library etc). I will be accompanying you only when attending large events and outings e.g. the zoo. The nanny must be comfortable taking primary responsibility for my child’s safety and engagement during these times. Please note that our son currently has speech delay and seeing a speech therapist.

Key responsibilities:

Actively supervising and engaging my 4-year-old during outdoor/indoor play and outings.

Ensuring safety while allowing age-appropriate independence.

Driving to and from outings (nanny’s car required, Car booster provided).

Supporting play, routine, and general care.

Essential requirements:

Experience caring for young children, particularly active children.

Confident supervising playground and other outdoor activities.

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Reliable, attentive, and proactive.

Comfortable working alongside a parent who might sometimes be present only at events or large outings but not closely supervising.

Prior nanny experience and/or has worked in a daycare centre.

Our much-loved nanny is retiring, so we are looking for a new babysitter to care for our three boys, aged 3, 6, and 8, four mornings a week - Tuesday to Friday. We’re a warm, busy family looking for an energetic, caring nanny/educator to join us 2–3 days a week for our two little loves (10 months and 3 years).We are flexible on days, but need 7:45am - 5:45pm. I’m looking for an experienced nanny to look after my twin boys (who will be 16 months in August) between 10 August 2026 - 28 August 2026 (flexible on the days but prefer Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday mornings) and 3 days per week in October (Tuesday-Thursday), 7:15am - 5.15pm while our current nanny is on holiday between 6 October 2026 - 29 October 2026.

In August I will still be at home, so will be in and out with my 3yo boy.

- Taking the boys on walks or to the park
- Playing with the boys

I also have a 3yo boy who will be there in the morning and afternoons after preschool, in October you won’t be required to look after him as either my husband or I will be home but he will be there for a short amount of time.

We have a 14 month old boy, Louis and are looking for someone to help us on Wednesday and possibly Thursday in Balmain from about 8am - 4/4:30pm, but this can be flexible sometimes. We may extend this to further days if someone has extra availability. I (Phoebe) am in the office but my husband Scott works from home. Scott will usually lock himself away to work but can help with louis when needed. Louis is a fairly calm, usually sweet baby (although started having the odd 10 second tantrum every now and then!) who loves a nonsense chat, book, big hugs - he’s a clinger! - playing with his toys and going to the park. He’ll have a nap during the day for a couple of hours and it might also be useful to just have a bit of light help with housework for an hour or so of that!
