I'm looking for a babysitter, usually for one day or afternoon/evening each weekend. I have 2 beautiful girls - a cuddly and adventurous 2 year old, and a creative, curious 7 year old. Our ideal babysitter has enough experience to follow their routines, offer some structured playtime or creative projects on longer days, and share in the girls fun, including running around if needed!

We are a warm and busy family in Connells Point looking for a caring and reliable nanny to join us long-term. The role starts in February 2026 and suits someone who loves working with young children and supporting a family household.

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Start Date: February 2026
Location: Connells Point (easy street parking)
Potential for More Hours: Mum plans to return to work from home about two months postpartum, so there may be an opportunity to increase hours at that time.

About Us:
We have twin boys who will be in Kindergarten (school is two blocks from home) and a newborn baby girl who will be at home with mum. One of our boys is on the autism spectrum, so experience with neurodiverse children is highly valued. We’re looking for someone positive, calm, and happy who can create a supportive and fun environment for our kids while keeping our home running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Arrive at 2:00 pm for light household duties (laundry, folding, changing sheets, tidying bedrooms, packing away clothes, keeping common areas tidy)
- Occasionally care for the baby if mum needs to step out (1–2 hours)
- Prepare dinner for the children/family
- Pack school lunches for the next day
- Pick up the boys from school (short walk from home)
- Engage the boys in play and activities until dinner
- General tidy-up after play and mealtime

Requirements:
- Working With Children Check (WWC) – mandatory
- Experience with children, ideally including those with autism
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Driver’s licence
- References from previous families

I need a babysitter for my two boys, almost 1y/o and almost 3y/o from 6-8pm, 3 times a week. Preferably Monday, Tuesday and Thursday but negotiable. German speaking would be a plus but not a need. I would need help with my evening routines for the boys and a bit of playtime with my older one while I put the youngest to sleep. Looking for a reliable babysitter to come to my home and care for my 8 months child every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The ideal candidate should be experienced, punctual, and nurturing, able to engage my child with fun and educational activities. Mother will be at home during this time.

We can offer $35/hour plus super with a guaranteed 30 hours a fortnight. Hours likely to increase from May onwards, if mutually agreeable. Days would generally be 7 am to 7pm. Once in Burwood we will be conveniently located near the train line, with parks and library within easy walking distance so licence not essential. Ideally looking to build a relationship with someone whilst we are in Lindfield who could continue on once we move to Burwood but open to applications for people who can only start once in Burwood.

Our wonderful nanny, who has been with us for 2.5 years, is finishing her nursing degree this year and we’re looking for someone to take over from her.

We have 4 kids (~11/8/8/2) and are located on the boarder of Ashfield and Summer Hill. The morning (~ 7-9am) routine involves supervising them getting their breakfast, helping them get dressed and ready for school, and driving/walking them to school. In the afternoons (~ 3-6:30/7pm) it’s school pickup, afternoon activities (e.g. ferrying the kids to activities or taking them for a play at the park), dinner prep and supervising bath time. One of us will make it home from work before the bed time routine starts.
We would prefer someone with prior nannying experience, but more importantly we need someone who is responsible, reliable, and is happy to take initiative. Most importantly we’d like for you to engage with the kids and be able to ride the wave of the occasional chaos that is created by four loud, confident (and fiercely independent) kids! It’s (mostly) lots of fun!!

Flexibility with days and finish/start times is appreciated - the shifts can change a little from week to week (depending on my roster). We are also willing to work around you too if you need (with placements, exams, family commitments etc.) There is also opportunity to do 1 or 2 long days/week to stay at home with our littlest of that works for you.

Flexible start date - could be as early as Oct 2025, but definitely by Jan 2026.
