I'm a highly experienced babysitter and nanny with over 8 years experience looking after kids aged 1-15. I have also worked as a tutor for maths, english, science and French among other subjects for both primary and secondary school students. In my spare time, I play basketball socially and enjoy playing and watching other sports, board games and spending time with friends and family. I'm also a big dog lover and am seriously missing my two border collies who live back over east!! I have a current WWCC, Police Check, First Aid certificate, my full license and my own car. I can also provide plenty of references on request. I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know your family!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Are you ready to meet your next favourite babysitter? I’m Bridey, and I’m excited to apply for a spot on your babysitting team! With over 15 years of experience in the delightful world of child care, I promise to bring a sprinkle of joy, a dash of creativity, and a whole lot of laughter to your families! For six fabulous years, I had the privilege of being a nanny for one wonderful family. We crafted countless adventures, from building pillow forts to mastering the art of homemade pizza (who knew flour could fly so high?). My time with them taught me not just how to change a diaper or mediate a sibling rivalry, but also how to cultivate curiosity and creativity in children. In addition to my hands-on experience, I hold a Certificate III in Education Support and spent a year as a teaching assistant in Derby. Whether it's helping kids with their spelling homework or turning a science lesson into an epic treasure hunt, I thrive on making learning fun! My goal is always to create an environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired. Throughout my 15 years of babysitting, I’ve had the joy of working with kids of all ages and personalities. From toddlers with boundless energy to pre-teens with a knack for eye-rolling, I’ve learned to adapt my approach to meet each child’s unique needs. Plus, I’m well-versed in crafting imaginative games, storytelling marathons, and impromptu dance parties in the living room! I believe that babysitting is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to be a part of each child’s world, to celebrate their small victories, and to guide them with kindness and enthusiasm. I’m excited about the possibility of bringing my experience and playful spirit to your platform and helping families create memorable moments together. Thank you for considering my application! I can’t wait to chat and share more about how I can make a positive impact on the families you serve. Let’s create some fun and unforgettable adventures together!

Looking for: Casual Babysitting

Hello! I’m Annise, I’m from England and I’ve just arrived in Perth on my second working holiday visa. I absolutely adore working with children and I’m hoping to help out with your lovely little ones! I graduated nearly 2 years ago from university with a degree in British Sign Language and Educational Linguistics and am one day hoping to use it to work with children with communication difficulties. For now, I’d love to gain experience working with children in a more intimate way like nannying or babysitting. I think it’s the best way to learn about how children express their needs and learn to communicate. I’ve been babysitting since I was 13, have worked in nurseries as a nursery assistant and an outdoor early learning centre as a childminder. I also flew over to Tanzania for 4 weeks volunteering in a deaf school which was incredible! I have recently accepted a job in hospitality so would most likely be working a lot of weekend evenings (I haven’t got an permanent roster) but if there’s certain weekdays/weeknights that you would like to agree on for regular work then I can definitely let my job know that I need them off. I am pretty much up to any tasks or roles you’d want me to fulfil including housekeeping, cooking and doing errands. I’m really friendly and outgoing, and a lot of fun! I’d be happy to take your children on fun outings, swimming, to the beach, parks, libraries, anything! I’m also super crafty and artsy and love painting/drawing/collaging (anything crafty!) with kids. I love seeing them express themselves and it’s a really calming way for them to focus and be creative. If I seem like I would be a good match do you and your family please get in touch! :)

I love children! I'm an honest, patient, hard-working, reliable, friendly, clean person. I have done a heap of babysitting with children of a variety of ages (0-12 months, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 year olds) over the last 20 years. I have also done a heap of work with all ages and a range of disabilities as a Speech Pathologist. I'm currently studying my Masters in Counselling. I'm looking for a maximum of 7 hours a week, can be part-time or casual/ad-hoc. I have previously attended library programs like story-time or rhyme-time, the beach, indoor play centres and so on, done school pick-ups and meal prep. Happy to stay with kids at home too.
