My name is Tuscan. I am a Nursing student looking to get into babysitting as a part-time job. I have my first aid certificate, and driver's licence and have completed my population health certificate in TAFE.
As a babysitter, I understand that it is important to create a safe and comfortable environment for children while also ensuring they are having fun. Whether it be playing games, reading books or assisting with homework, I am committed to providing excellent care for your child/children. Furthermore, I am reliable, responsible and able to adapt to different situations.
I find that being young myself, connecting and understanding children is a lot easier, I know when I was a child I liked having babysitters closer to my age as I felt I could connect with them more and I didn't just view them as another parental figure, more someone I could talk to and have fun with on a childish level.
I have completed a cert 3 in population health which has taught me a wide range of communications skills. eg active listening, understanding and clarifying instructions to children and stressing the importance of safety when it comes to everyday tasks and activities.
I have recently attained my NDIS Clearance.
Please note I am unavailable for school pickup and drop off.
