I have over 30 years experience looking after children of all ages; I am a mum of 2 teenagers and I would like to help other parents to relax at work or play knowing their children are cared for, safe and stimulated. I started babysitting when I came to Australia without a support network ten years ago and found it difficult to find someone to leave my own children with. Hi parents and carers, My name is Georgia. I am 30 years old and have a current WA Working with Children Check, Childrens First Aid and references. I don’t drive but am happy and experienced walking multiple young children to nearby playgrounds and taking them on bus adventures to fun outings. I currently nanny on Thursdays and Fridays for two lovely children aged 7 months and 4 years. With the children I give them meals and snacks, solids and bottles for the baby, ensure nappy changes. We play at home and normally go out via the train to playgrounds, libraries and sci tech. I’m happy following any kind of sleep routine for babies/ toddlers. Confident in doing dinner, bath time and bed time routine. I am very familiar with gentle parenting and attachment parenting. I generally like to engage with children in a gentle and child led way. I love to engage in arts and crafts, board games, sensory activities, reading, imaginative play, outside play and music. I love to be active with children and go to playgrounds, libraries, play centers and water splash pads when it’s hot! I always ensure hats and sunscreen and super organised at making sure everything needed is packed before we leave.
