Hello families! My name is Lucy and I am a 29-year old nanny seeking full-time, part-time or casual employment. I love children of all ages and have been working with them many years. I enjoy their playful presence and find engaging with them a rewarding and delightful experience. I have been babysitting since the age of 16 and did more comprehensive nannying for seven years, only recently taking a break to pursue my full-time career in publishing. While I have been away, I continue to babysit the children in my life, such as my toddler nephew and baby niece. My most recent nannying job was for a family in Brunswick for four years, caring for their daughter from the age of 18 months old. I saw her talk and take her first steps, develop language and social skills, and it was an absolute joy and honour to help raise her. I’ve worked in OSHC (after-school care), so I’m really comfortable with kids aged 5–12. I’ve also got experience with younger children from casual babysitting jobs occurring from 2018–2023. My duties include picking up the 8-year-old from school and walking home. There we do homework, play and on Occassion I’ve done some dishes to help the family.
