I am responsible, patient, punctual, attentive and caring with children. Also, I am quick in getting along with any kids and flexible enough to manage roster changes and short notices whenever needed. I have couple of reference parents which I could send per request.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, I’m Allee! I’m a 19-year-old Psychology student at Deakin University. Through my own experiences growing up, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the emotions and challenges children can face. I’ve learned how important it is for kids to have someone who is patient, supportive, and encouraging, and I genuinely enjoy being that positive role model in their lives. I love spending time with children, helping them feel comfortable and confident, and supporting them through activities that encourage growth and self-belief. Babysitting allows me not only to care for children, but also to mentor them by listening, encouraging, and making sure they feel valued, understood, and safe.

Looking for: Casual Babysitting

Hi there, my 3 wonderful kids are now well raised adults. I raised my kids with the approach of Dr Louise Porter who is well known for her work "Children are people too" and also John Gottman "How to raise an emotionally intelligent child". I'm a caring, helpful person who enjoys doing activities with kids. Happy to help out with housework and tutoring if spelling and reading need attention. I am uni-qualified, I have a diploma in Primary teaching from years ago now and did teach for about 3 years back in my 20s, but went on to work for myself. I also have a stats in marketing and a Grad. Dip in Marketing. I currently work for myself as an SEO (Search Engine Optimization Specialist) and web developer but am also a school crossing supervisor mornings and afternoons so I can't do school pick ups/drop offs. If you know anything about councils you'll understand you need to be fully verified to work for them, so I have been health checked, police checked and I hold a Working With Children Employee Card. Love my role as a 'lollipop lady' and giving a smile and greeting at the start and the end of the school day for children and adults alike. I love dogs as I have a very smart, sassy one myself who is well trained and has been a wonderful and delightful addition to our family. I am available for casual work. While I don't have a first aid certificate, I am considering obtaining one. I look forward to supporting your family.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi families! My name is Sarah and I am a 21-year-old 3rd year university student who has just returned home to Melbourne after 6 months of au pairing in London for a beautiful family of 5 (made up of a 4-year-old girl, and two boys aged 8 and 10) and family of 4 (with an 11-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl). I have been working with children aged 2-17 in a professional setting since 2021 and love it. I’m looking to nanny/babysit for a family looking for a responsible, fun big sister figure to lend an extra pair of hands! Currently, I’m completing a double degree at Monash University (Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Art History & Curating) and, through this, also spent last year volunteering at a contemporary art gallery, ACCA. I love baking, playing cello, travelling, trying new foods, playing tennis and look forward to working in art journalism after graduation. In 2021, I worked as a cello assistant at a children’s orchestral program (WSSO) that I, myself, played in for many years as a kid who grew up in a family of classical musicians. After graduating high school, I moved interstate to Melbourne and in 2023 started nannying as well as teaching cello at Cantabile School of Music to students as young as 5. Most recently, I spent the first 6 months of last year nannying full time, looking after a 3-year-old girl whose mum who needed some extra help due to an injury. I worked 5 days a week grocery shopping, doing housework (laundry, dishwashing, kitty litter etc), cooking meals, changing nappies, driving to and from daycare, and of course playing. I still keep in close contact with the mum and occasionally babysit for them! The rest of 2025 was spent au pairing in London and backpacking around Europe between working for each family. Travelling and working with kids are two great passions of mine so au pairing was an incredible experience. As they were live-in positions, I formed a tight bond with the kids- we found it so difficult to say goodbye to each other and I made sure to shower them with presents! I worked 5 days a week with responsibilities similar to my previous job. It was great fun! As someone who grew up with nannies from ages 9-14, I have so many amazing memories with my unofficial big sisters and love pass this on to any kid in my care. I have an imaginative, bubbly, can-do personality and find that I can easily keep up with children. Working with kids has always been the best part of my job, it doesn't even feel like work. I grew up with dogs and cats and petsit on the side so if you have pets, I consider that a bonus! I'm fully vaccinated, first aid and CPR certified, have a victorian driver's license and car, hold a working with children card (VIC & QLD), and have undergone a police check. If you think I might be the right nanny for your family, I would absolutely love to hear from you! Sarah😊

I am a caring, friendly, and responsible university student with a love for all things family. As the eldest in my generation on both sides of the family, I've had plenty of opportunities to babysit and bond with my younger cousins and relatives from a very young age. I've always been mature for my age, and have developed a strong sense of responsibility, caution, and attention to detail. I'm confident that these qualities, along with my genuine love for children, will make me a great fit for your family. I'm eager to channel this passion into a part-time or casual job outside of my university hours. I can't wait to meet new families, get to know their children, and create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for them. A few fun facts about me: I absolutely love music, enjoy indulging in sweet treats, and adore the summertime. I also speak Italian, which I'd be happy to share with your little ones if they're curious! Looking forward to the opportunity to meet you and your family soon!
