Meet Allee: A nanny and babysitter in Doncaster East, VIC

Hi, I’m Allee! I’m a 19-year-old Psychology student at Deakin University. Through my own experiences growing up, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the emotions and challenges children can face. I’ve learned how important it is for kids to have someone who is patient, supportive, and encouraging, and I genuinely enjoy being that positive role model in their lives. I love spending time with children, helping them feel comfortable and confident, and supporting them through activities that encourage growth and self-belief. Babysitting allows me not only to care for children, but also to mentor them by listening, encouraging, and making sure they feel valued, understood, and safe.
