Iβm currently a final year Psychology student at the University of Queensland living in Brisbane 4000. Originally from Indonesia, I come from a large family with many younger cousins, and Iβve always been the one who looks after them during family gatherings. Moreover, I previously worked as a nanny for an 8 year old boy for 6 months here in Brisbane. These experiences have nurtured my love for working with children and inspired my long-term goal of becoming a child clinical psychologist.
Iβm passionate about understanding how children think, feel, and grow, which is why I chose to major in Psychology. Babysitting gives me the opportunity to apply what Iβve learned in a real and meaningful way. I enjoy creating fun, safe, and engaging environments where children feel supported and heard.
With my background and studies, I bring a patient, empathetic, and responsible approach to childcare. I truly enjoy spending time with kids, not just as a caregiver, but as someone who genuinely cares about their well-being and development. Supporting families while gaining hands-on experience with children is something I find both fulfilling and exciting.
