Weekly nanny/housekeeping role in Footscray

Hi Melbourne Nannies,

We’re a friendly, easy-going family of five living in Footscray, just a short walk from the train station and the Seddon shops. We have three children aged 13, 11 and 4, and we're passionate Western Bulldogs supporters!

We’re looking for a reliable, caring person to help us on Wednesday mornings. The role would involve helping our 4-year-old get ready for the day from around 7:00 am, then walking him to kinder (just a 5-minute walk from our home). Once he's at kinder, we'd love some help with light household tasks such as laundry, tidying, simple food preparation, and the occasional errand like dropping off the dry cleaning. We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight, so it's mostly general housekeeping rather than deep cleaning.

The role is approximately 3–4 hours every Wednesday at this stage. We're happy to negotiate pay for the right person—we're really looking for someone who'll become a trusted part of our family's routine.
