Baby sitter required full time for 7 weeks 5 days

Baby sitter required for 3 children: 2 boys (4.5 and 3 years old) and 1 girl (1 year old). Care is required 5 days a week from morning until late afternoon. I am undergoing major surgery and will not be able to do any lifting and limited movement for 7-8 weeks. Whilst I will be at home and present with the children, I will require someone to help take care of my children including feeding, changing nappies (for the youngest), putting the youngest down for a nap and playing with the children. Some light housework may be required as well.
