Full-Time Nanny Position, Richmond
We're a busy, organised family with three children in Richmond looking for an experienced, full-time nanny to join our household. We've had a full-time nanny since our eldest was 3 months old, and this is a genuinely valued role in our family.
The children
- Two girls, aged 8 and 6, who attend the local primary school (7 minutes' walk from home)
- One boy, aged 3, who will attend kinder locally in 2027.
- They enjoy cycling, soccer, swimming, reading, dancing, crafting and outdoor play. No special needs.
The role
- Full-time position, commencing Thursday 5 November, with two days' handover alongside our outgoing nanny before her last day on Friday 6 November
- School drop-off and kinder drop-off, both on foot. No car required, though a parking permit is available if you'd prefer to drive to work
- During term time in 2027, all three children will be out of the house on Mondays and Wednesdays (kinder 8.30am to 1.00pm, school 9.00am to 3.30pm). We'll generally roster a later start on these two days
- Light housekeeping and basic meal prep will form part of the role, to bring the position up to full-time hours during these gaps
- Full-time employment with a proper contract, WorkCover cover, payslips and annual leave
What we're looking for
- Prior nannying experience highly desired
- Someone who's reliable, warm with children, and comfortable being part of a busy family routine
