We’re a family based in St Kilda West looking for an experienced, warm and reliable nanny to care for our 15-month-old daughter, Zoe.
Zoe is a curious, happy and expressive little girl, and we’re hoping to find someone warm, affectionate and genuinely engaged who can build a strong, trusting relationship with her. We’re particularly looking for someone with substantial experience caring for toddlers, who is confident managing their day-to-day needs and routines, and brings a calm, patient and proactive approach.
We’d love someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children, getting outdoors, reading, playing and exploring, and who can take initiative in making Zoe’s days happy, interesting and stimulating.
We’re ideally hoping to start with 1–2 days per week as soon as possible, increasing to full-time care (Monday–Friday, approximately 8am–5pm) from early 2027. We’re also very happy to split the week between two nannies, so would welcome applicants who can commit to 2–3 consistent days.
Responsibilities would include all aspects of Zoe’s daily care, including meals, naps, play and outings, alongside light child-related household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry and tidying.
We’re looking for someone dependable, organised and thoughtful, with excellent references, a current Working with Children Check and first aid/CPR certification. Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who can build a strong, lasting relationship with Zoe and become a consistent part of her life.
