We are a family of four living in Bayside Melbourne seeking a caring, organised and experienced Nanny to care for our two children Wednesday - Friday during the day.
My partner and I both work full time but aim to be as present with our children as we can be. We have a calm, structured and caring home and value someone who does as well. We both have a mix of health, engineering + social social science backgrounds which usually helps with our decision making and approach to raising our children.
We have a 1 year old girl who is home Wednesday - Friday and a 3 year old boy who is home Thursday and Friday. We both work hybrid between work and home and value someone who is comfortable working independently as well as alongside a parent who may be home at times.
Light household duties would be appreciated as they relate to the children (tidying play areas, meal prep, laundry, general organisation).
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience caring for babies and toddlers
• Aged 24+ desirable
• Current WWCC
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current Police Check
• Strong references including a recent family
• Caring, organised and a strong communicator
We are hoping to find someone who loves nannying as a profession and wants to build a relationship with a family.
