Part time to full time nanny

Our names are D'Arcy and Jess. We have had our first child, Lilibelle who is four months. We live in Northcote (just near Westgarth station) and are both self employed - so we work from home a bit and from our offices in the city. D'Arcy has been working mostly full time since Lilibelle was born and Jess has had time off work but is looking forward to getting back into work soon. We have not had a nanny before. We would like some help maybe around 20 hours a week to start with between now and Christmas. This could be say 6 to 8 hours a day any 3 days of the week. From around mid-January next year we would then like someone around 30 to 40 hours a week. This would be say 3 to 5 days a week for 6 to 10 hours a day We have a large dog (August) who is friendly.
