Payment is via an agency so I get the government subsidy. This is not a cash in hand role.
A Nanny that is engaging and loves working with kids.
My boy is super easy to look after but is a little fussy when it comes to eating, so someone that is confident in the kitchen that knows a little more than the basics would be ideal. I provide all meals most of the time but your input on occasion would be welcomed.
My work is adhoc, you will be one of a few nannies, so no pressure to always be available.

We’re looking for a wonderful babysitter to join our family!
We have a 3.5-year-old girl, a 19-month-old boy, and we’re expecting a baby girl in October 2025. We're after someone reliable and experienced with babies and toddlers, as the role will mostly involve caring for our baby and 19-month-old (our eldest attends kinder).
You’ll need to be available Mondays and Fridays in 2025, and then Mondays, Wednesdays (half day), and Fridays in 2026. Hours are 7am to 3pm, with Wednesdays in 2026 likely being a half day (e.g. 7am–1pm) just with our baby (our toddler will be with grandparents).
In early 2026, care will focus on our baby—including bringing her to my nearby workplace for feeds when needed.
We’re based in a 4-bedroom home with a big backyard, close to parks, walking tracks, shops, and the local library. You’re welcome to drive our car (with car seats), and we’ll treat you like part of our family.

Hi my husband and I are busy lawyers residing in Ivanhoe and require a nanny to assist with our 20month old son 1-2 afternoons a week (Monday/ Tuesdays). We are looking for a wonderful addition to the family to help two busy working parents. We find it difficult to manage all the pick ups with our work schedules, + after school activities. Our current nanny helped us greatly by spending some extra time after the morning rush helping us to reset the house which made the week go really smoothly so we'd love to find someone that might be happy to do some light housework (dishes, tidying kids toys) that will help us reset after the kids go off to school.
Someone with flexibility in schedule would be great as needs may vary a little week to week. One parent travels each week (Thursday and Friday). We can commit to min hours as needed.

We plan to stay two months in Melbourne, then one month in Sydney, followed by one month in New Zealand. I live in South Yarra so we have access to all public transport within minutes, restaurants, CBD, etc. You will also have access to pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym facilities should you wish to do so before or after work.
I have a 1 year old and if you do not have experience that is okay as I train people how to work with kids and babies as a living.
Duties will include playing with baby, tidying up toys, diaper changes, meal prep, tidying up, cleaning bottles, walking dog. I typically do the feed, bath and bed with the baby but if I am unable to then I will get your help.
