2-3x weekly post daycare help for 3YO twin boys

Looking for help 2-3 days a week between Tuesday and Thursday with daycare pick up, dinner and bath for my 3YO identical twin boys.

Hours: 430-630pm

Requirements: Daycare pick up (5-10min walk from the house), non-screen play, dinner preparation (ingredients will be provided) and serving, bath and post dinner clean up.

I’ll be home in time for either bath or before bedtime.

Looking for someone with flexibility (the hours might adjust slightly or we might look to add more days / hours), experience managing multiple toddlers (twins ideally), genuinely has fun with kids and wants a long term employer relationship.

We want someone who will feel like they are part of the family and stay with us as the boys progress to school.
