This is an agency-based role, not private employment. Educators are employed by VPM and supported through structured onboarding, compliance processes, and ongoing professional guidance.

Level 3 $36.90 per hour (Certificate III qualified educator)
Level 4 $39.38 per hour (Certificate III qualified educator with 4 years professional experience)
Level 5 $41.55 per hour (Diploma or higher qualified educator)

12% superannuation paid on top
WorkCover and public liability insurance included

This position is for a qualified early childhood educator, not a nanny role. Educators work within the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and provide intentional, developmentally appropriate education and care in line with ACECQA and Department of Education requirements.
The focus is on building a secure relationship with the child, supporting routines, and offering meaningful learning experiences through play.

We are an active family that needs afterschool help with our three kids (13, 10 and 8 years old - two boys and a girl) at least 2 days per week. The role entails afterschool pick up, assistance with homework, basic meal prep, simple tidying and having fun with the kids!
