Casual babysitting

Hello we have three boys age 1,3 and 5 and are looking for a babysitter. The boys are fairly outgoing and active. The role may involve looking after one or two of the children during the day or after school to accomodate appointments and activities for siblings. For example, we need someone to look after the one year old while i attend an event at kinder or school. It will also involve night time baby sitting on weekend (occasional weeknights for some events). We would provide as much notice and flexibility as possible . We have a dog as well (Labrador cavalier cross) so someone who likes dogs would be ideal.
