Hi, I’m Emma! I’m an eastern suburbs based Personal Trainer and Coach originally from the UK, with over seven years of babysitting experience and a genuine love for working with children.

I currently run Baby & Me classes twice a week at Symetrie, where I engage with babies at different stages of development while their parents exercise. Alongside this, I have extensive hands-on experience caring for toddlers and primary school-aged children, as well as caring for my young nephew throughout his toddler years.

I’m warm, energetic and nurturing, and love creating a fun, engaging environment where children feel comfortable, cared for and entertained. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident leaving their little ones in someone else’s care, and I’d love the opportunity to support your family!
