Meet Kathi: A nanny and babysitter in St Kilda, VIC

My name is Kathi, I am an energtic and passionate teacher with lots of experience as a nanny, as well as working in and managing child care centres. I am currently between jobs so looking to help out families on a casual basis who are waiting for their perfect nanny but need some help in the interim. I am available for at least a month and able to give at least two/3 weeks notice when I find a my new permanent position. I have taught the Diploma and Certificate in Early Childhood at RTO's and more recently I have been working as an Early Childhood Literacy Specialist teaching a Cert IV in Early Language and Literacy. I can help your children with fun activities to build their oral language, awareness of speech sounds, reading and other literacy skills. I believe in supporting children's development through play-based experiences and engagement.
