Meet Kiya: A babysitter in Burswood, WA

I am passionate about supporting children’s growth, confidence, and wellbeing. For two years, I worked at an international kindergarten in Japan, caring for children aged 1.5 to 6 and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. I also taught English to students aged 6 to 15, helping them build their communication skills through fun and meaningful activities.

I am currently studying my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and will be progressing into the Diploma. I genuinely enjoy being around children and am committed to being a positive, caring, and reliable educator who supports every child’s individuality and development. I am also in the process of purchasing a car, which will allow me greater flexibility to travel and be available for work.
