Meet Lily: A nanny, babysitter, and au pair in Fairfield, VIC

Hello! I’m Lily, I'm 30 and currently based in Fairfield.

I'm a caring and creative person with over 10 years of babysitting and nannying experience, caring for children of various ages and supporting families with their childcare needs.

Alongside my childcare experience, I work in support work, which has helped me develop strong skills in patience, communication, understanding individual needs and creating a safe, supportive environment. I enjoy building positive relationships with children and helping them feel comfortable, confident and cared for.

As a creative person, I love finding fun and engaging ways to keep children entertained, whether that’s through arts and crafts, imaginative play, outdoor activities or exploring their interests. I believe in creating a balance of fun, learning and routine while ensuring children feel safe and supported.

I’m based in Fairfield and have my own car, so I can be flexible with transport and getting to and from activities.
