Meet Lilian: A nanny in Coburg, VIC

Hi, I'm Lil, I'm an experienced nanny/babysitter looking for more part time work as the kids of my current families are starting to grow up!

I have nine years experience working as a babysitter/nanny, and three years experience working as a housecleaner, as well as having done kitchen work, so I'm well equipped to care for your children and house. I absolutely love working with kids and take so much joy in getting to know them and forming genuine relationships with the kids and parents of the families I work for. I have experience with ages newborn to twelve years, and with AuDHD kids (and through my degree in neuropsychology I'm educated on neurodiversity and best care)

While of course following what the parents of the families want, my personal inclination is to encourage supervised independence and screen free time. Art is a big hobby of mine so I love to bring things like modelling clay or oil pastels to work for us to do together, and I love reading and am always up for reading together or independently with kids, as well as trips out of the house to the park, library, pool, etc. The more sporty kids I've worked with have even taught me to kick a footy!
