Meet josephine: A nanny and babysitter in Malvern, VIC

My name is Josephine. I’m 34 years old, Melbourne-based and currently living in Malvern. I’m also a mum to a gorgeous 4-year-old boy, and I’m looking for nanny work during the week while he is at kinder.

I have over 15 years of nannying and babysitting experience, working with multiple families and caring for children from newborn through to school age. Many of the children I cared for are now grown up, and I’m still in touch with several of the families I worked with, which I feel says a lot about the long-term relationships I build.

Becoming a mother four years ago has only strengthened my instincts, confidence and natural approach with children. I’m very warm, calm and nurturing, with a strong maternal presence. I’m also creative, organised, tidy and efficient, and I use common sense and good judgement when caring for children and managing a household.
