I am a 21-year-old student studying at Swinburne Online University, for a Bachelor of Primary Education, and am interested in finding work during my university studies. Due to no contact hours for my chosen course I am eager to find work in the area to challenge myself, further my knowledge and skills, and assist with living away from home for my studies. With four years of student teaching dance and two years of working as an education support at a school and babysitting jobs inbetween, I have gained a lot of experience with kids. I am also eager to get any certificates in first aid, or health field to make you feel more comfortable.

I’m a 23 year old Uni student currently studying Visual Arts. I really enjoy doing arts and crafts with kids as I think it’s such a fun way to connect and share creativity. In my own time, I love baking, crocheting, and getting lost in a good book. I find a lot of joy in simple, hands-on things that let me slow down and express myself. I have experience nannying and babysitting children from ages 2 and up.

Looking for: Part-time

Hello! I'm an experienced and loving nanny dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children. With 2 years of hands-on experience, I have a strong passion for child development and believe in fostering creativity, learning, and independence in every child I care for. I offer a range of services, including homework assistance, organizing engaging activities, and managing daily routines to ensure a healthy balance of fun and responsibility. My approach is patient, compassionate, and tailored to each child's individual needs and interests. Whether its playtime, outdoor adventures, or quiet moments of reading and bonding, I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where children feel loved and cared for. If you are looking for a reliable and friendly nanny who will become a trusted extension of your family, I'd love to connect and discuss how I can support your family's needs! Another fact about me is that I am an international student studying in University of Melbourne so I do not have a driver's license yet but am working towards it. Unfortunately a lot of the childcare certificates need a valid Australian driver's license hence I might be unqualified in that aspect. But I promise you, your child will be my first priority and I would do anything in my power to make sure they stay safe and sound. Thank You

I have experience caring for children ranging from 6 months to 14 years old, and am comfortable adapting to different sleep schedules for each child, nappy changes and bottle feeding. I am also quite a good English student (hence the creative writing major) as well as art, music. Humanities basic maths and science, and would love to help out with any homework if your child is of school age :). I have been fortunate enough to work casually with multiple families over the past few years caring for children ranging in ages and believe myself to have obtained a great ability to find and execute the best warm, encouraging environment for each different child.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there Mums & Dads.... I am your Mary Poppins!! I currently look after a few families however my calendar has opened for a new family in 2025. I commit to long hour and long term commitment for the year with all of my families. It's important. Currently I cover ages 8 months, 12 months, 2.5 years, 4.5 years and 9 & 11 years olds. I understand the variety of changing developments in children and adapt to these needs. I love children and have looked after them across many stages of my entire life, as a local babysitter since I was 14 years old and up until now as a professional nanny for parents who are doctors, solicitors, engineers, school teachers, marketing specialist and even a CEO. Having a person of a mature age can provide some enormous benefits to both parents and children. I know life well and in very deeply different ways. I have an extensive understanding of the impact a moment or day in time can have on a child. Being there to pick up on these signals is very important. Recognising and sensing these subtle shifts need an awareness that comes with human development, of which I have covered extensively. Keeping a child calm and happy is important and to have skills that remove the stress and anxiety is about the energy from the nanny/babysitter. To become relaxed and connected/engaged with a mature age carer can offer great comfort to any child. The love will always be there. I follow routines and set boundaries, (initiated from the parents) for all children because it creates security and trust with them. I participate in both home and outdoor activities and excursions. I can drive my own car (petrol charges incur) or use any parents' cars. I cover household cleaning (light house work: all things kids mess, upkeep where possible in the laundry area, keep kitchen clean) to take the burden away from parents so they can come home to a cleaner environment than perhaps they left it. This is always discussed in detail for any family because I am not a 'house cleaner' I am a Nanny. I am extremely reliable and punctual to enable all parents to relax knowing I will always be there for them. I look forward to hearing from you. Nanny Clare

Hello, I'm Lotta! I'm a Australian-Finnish babysitter and textile artist based in North Carlton, where I've lived for 14 years. I'm responsible, playful, creative, warm, and nurturing with a gentle diaposition. My experience with children ranges from birth to 11 years old, including caring for 2 under 5 for three years. I love supporting parents (new and seasoned) by providing a safe and stimulating environment for their little ones to grow and flourish. I priortise learning each individual families needs and offering tailored support, especially when it comes to sleep and learning styles. My expertise includes: • Sleeping and settling, overnight feeds, handling EBM/formula, introducing solids. • Bathing, nappies, administering basic medications (coloxl, vitamin D drops, panadol etc...). • Sensory, nature, musical, sport, and art activities. • Supporting milestones (rolling, crawling, walking, introduction of solids). • Excursions (museums, parks, gardens, story-time, farmers markets, Ceres). • Happy to capture special moments throughout the day 📷 to share with you (only if wanted of course). If you work from home or need downtime, I'm also available to care for your children at my child-safe, Montessori-inspired North Carlton terrace house. Happy to contribute to the running of your household by cleaning up after play activities, meals etc... and other light housework (laundry, dishes and surfaces etc). I enjoy organising, so also very happy to help if there is an area or room that needs a fresh pair of eyes or special attention.
