Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, I am a mature, experienced, active, healthy, happy and passionate carer. I have been looking after children since I was 13. Have two grown up children and 3 grandchildren. Currently working as a Nanny/ PA . I cook, tidy, sort, organize, cater and personally assist with errands for various families already. Now I am ready to fill my available times in my working week.. I have experience with newborns and I can help new mother's also. I can do some casual work in my spare time, or have permanent work, if it fits my weekly workload. I have kept in touch long term with some of the families who I’ve worked for in the past. I have experience from newborn to teenagers. Lately I have been working with babies a lot... I speak, read and write fluent English and Hungarian,( I can understand a very minimal German .)-- also teach and participate in Hungarian folk-dance two evenings a week. Dancing is a big part of my life, it is a great way to keep fit!! Also love gardening, and spending time on the beach...or riding my bike.. I am a MOTIVATED, EXPERIENCED, CARING, RESPONSIBLE, PATIENT, and RELIABLE person with common sense, and good organizing skills. I have worked with a family with multiple children, and have taken sole care of 3 children under 3 years old, including twins and premature newborns. I love children, and they love me too :-) Would prefer daytime work (available from early morning), but I will be happy to do casual hrs as well. You will be surprised what can be achieved in a few hrs in the morning! I can be very flexible for the right family, as all my references will tell you. Family pets are no problem. I have checkable (GREAT) references for you. Looking forward to hearing from you. ****Thank you, and have a great day :). Maria H

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hello! My name is Billie and I'm a patient, fun and reliable 26-year-old who finds genuine joy in nurturing and caring for children. I’m currently in my second year of medical school at Monash University and hope to become a Paediatrician in the future. I have extensive experience working with children, having worked as a full-time nanny for several years as well as a swimming teacher previously. Across my three years of nannying, I cared for children aged 8 months to 11 years. Since starting medicine I’ve mostly done casual babysitting, but I’m now hoping to return to a more regular role with a lovely family. I find nannying incredibly rewarding, and it's especially meaningful to me to support children’s growth through play, reading, crafts, and singing/dancing. I feel most comfortable caring for children aged 6 months and older, and I’m always happy to help with housework, homework and extracurricular activities. I hold a current CPR certificate and police check, driver's license and car, and am happy to provide references from families I have previously worked with. Ideally, I’m looking for 5 to 10 hours of work per week. My availability during the summer break (November — January) is much more flexible. I appreciate how important it is for families to have a dependable carer, so I always ensure I am reliable and consistent in the support I provide. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have and hope to hear from you soon!

My passion for education and childcare led me to dedicate three years of my life to teaching in an underprivileged school program. Over the past few years, I have built a strong foundation in childcare through roles as a teacher, au pair, and nanny. One of the unique aspects I bring to the table is my proficiency in multiple languages as a foreigner. I am enthusiastic about sharing my language skills with your children, providing them with a valuable opportunity for language acquisition and cultural enrichment. Having children around me brings me immense joy, and this love for their company has been a driving force in my career choices. I am looking for work as a babysitter/nanny, until I start my career as an Occupational Therapists. The reason I decided to pursue Occupational Therapy is because of my passion for working with kids! I was lucky enough to have multiple paediatric placements across the course of my degree, both in private practice and in specialist schools. I have experience working in Kindergartens as an Additional Assistant and worked in both Canada and Scotland as an Au Pair/Live-in Nanny, which was an incredible experience. Au Pair/Nanny Details: Calgary, Canada - 1 year full-time for 1 year with G3/4 and B4/5. Vancouver, Canada - 1 year part-time (before/after school) for G5/6 and G9/10. Scotland - 6mo full-time for a lovely 10-15mo old. London - I also worked as a teaching assistant, which is when I first discovered my passion for working with children :) I love to 'muck-in' with the kids, take them on outings and participate in engaging activities. I will always show respect and compassion towards kids as they navigate their emotions. I am happy to prepare kids meals, do the kids laundry and the night-time routine etc. My previous work experience, coupled with my compassion, enthusiasm, honesty and nurturing nature allows me to build a wonderful rapport with children and parents.
