Meet Elysia: A nanny and babysitter in Clifton Hill, VIC

Hi! I'm Elysia, a 28-year-old originally from the UK and now living in Clifton Hill.

I'm currently working as an au pair from Monday to Thursday, caring for two young children and supporting their daily routines, learning and development. I absolutely love working with my host family and am looking for casual babysitting opportunities on Fridays, evenings and occasional weekends.

I have over seven years' professional experience working with children and young people across education, theatre and community settings. Alongside my au pair role, I currently work as a drama teacher with Kids Up Front, delivering engaging drama sessions and holiday programmes that use imaginative play, storytelling and games to help children build confidence, creativity, communication skills and self-expression.

My experience spans children of different ages and abilities, including supporting neurodiverse and disabled children. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued and celebrated for who they are, and I strive to create a calm, nurturing and playful environment where they can learn, explore and have fun.
