My youngest had anaphylactic allergies to eggs, dairy, nuts, and peanuts, along with allergies to wheat, soy, and dust mites. This experience gave me valuable insight into managing food allergies and sensitivities while also allowing me the privilege of being a stay-at-home mum for several years, where I was actively involved in the classroom and my children’s education. My passion for childcare led me to become a foster carer for 3.5 years, providing a safe and nurturing home for children in need. I also worked as a nanny for 14 months, caring for two wonderful girls and supporting their development.
