I can prepare and cook nutritious gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and allergy friendly foods from scratch - including baby foods, purees and finger foods. I also change nappies, prepare formula and EBM, sterilise equipment, manage baths, change sheets and clean children's spaces, do washing, and all the other incidental tasks related to care of infants and toddlers. I also have no issue with caring for them when they are unwell with colds or other minor illness (unlike daycare for example) and can administer medicines. hey there! i’m ella and am here to tell you a bit about my self. i am 18 years old and currently work for queensland health. kids have always had a special place in my heart. i was in the middle of a cert in childcare during school but at that time in my life i had too much going on. i do have a blue card all tho it expires start of next year, i am always happy to renew it, if that is what makes you most comfortable. I also used to be a cleaner, so i am more the happy to do house hold chores, running errands, meal prep. I also have a full registered car and a license and am happy to do drop offs and pick ups, take little ones to other activities. i have recently worked with a family from another app with a 4 year old daughter so i do have a reference if need be! i have grown up my whole life around kids, babies, toddlers. i currently have a 3 year old brother and a 5 month old brother. and when i was younger my sister at the time was also about 1 year of age. when my now 3 year old brother was a baby, i have looked after him for a duration of a weeks at a time. i take him out with me, and same with my most recent baby brother. i even would do the same with my baby sister at the age of 10! mothering and that sense of care has always came so natural to me.
