Hi, my name's Bailee I'm 36 years old, originally from New Zealand and recently moved to Brisbane after living in Sydney for the past 17 years.

I'm ideally looking for a full-time nanny position, Monday to Friday, but am also available for casual babysitting during the week and on weekends.

I have over 18 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from babies through to school age. I've worked with families of all sizes, often caring for multiple children of different ages, including sole-charge care, overnight stays and travelling overseas with families.

I'm a warm, caring, easygoing and reliable person who is very hands-on and genuinely loves working with children. I'm confident managing busy family routines, including meal preparation, organising activities and outings, sleep routines, school drop-offs and pick-ups, homework, children's laundry and general household duties.

I love getting children outdoors, exploring new places, encouraging their independence and finding fun ways for them to learn and grow. I'm patient, organised and adaptable, and understand that every child has their own little personality and needs. I really enjoy building special bonds with the children I care for and becoming part of a family's everyday life.
