Heyy my names Tom Lancaster! I’m from the UK, on a working holiday Visa and planning to stay indefinitely. Im a 23 year old male, who loves working with kids it’s my passion. I’ve been an activity instructor/group leader for just under 2 years now in the UK and Australia. Looking after up to 24 kids by myself and have enjoyed it so much! I love the way they look up to you and you literally see them gain so much confidence during the time I’m with them it’s amazing. I’m a very fun, enthusiastic, caring guy with a passion for embracing my inner child whilst looking after kids :). I find gaining there respect very easy as I treat them as a friend rather than a child, this makes it a lot easier when explaining rules they need to follow during activities and how they should behave. I’m looking to gain new skills as I’m looking at the possibility of teaching in the future and would love the opportunity to work with your family. :)) I have had three babysitting job so far so I can provide references. 1. A Jewish family with two kids ages boy aged 7 and girl aged 5 who had a background with domestic violence due to the mother abusing them and making them regress, for example making them wear diapers still. 2. A family with a 10 year old boy who has ADHD/Autism/PDA. This includes dealing with a lot of physical tantrums and panic attacks. 3. A Indian family with a 5 year old boy and 5 month year old baby.

This job ceased, as the lovely family moved to Dural. From 2023 I have been caring for two sweet sisters in Lilyfield, same family as 2021. January 2024, caring for 2⁹ month old, beautiful toddler girl at Rozelle. I started taking care of her when she was 11 months old. I cease work on 8 June 2025.as sweetheart has started daycare. I was caring for a beautiful boy from February 2019 until November 2021. I was working from 2 to 3 days a week and started when baby was 1 month old, up until he was 3 years old.. The lovely family wanted a live in carer, which I was not able to fulfill. From October 2015 to October 2019 I was caring for the most amazing soul. I started caring for him at ten months the old, until he started school at Newtown. From September 2013, I was taking care of a beautiful 2 month old boy, from Bondi. I ceased caring for him in October, 2015, when he was 26 months. (plus two indoor dogs).The beautiful toddler started full time day care, in early October 2015, so I no longer needed to care for him. From March 2000 to July 2013, I was taking care of a beautiful baby boy from four months old. I provided all care for him, including overnight stays, when parents had to travel overseas. I also travelled to America, assisting the wonderful mother care for her son.

I have over 8 years of experience as a nanny, caring for newborns through to teens. I love kids and they warm to me very quickly.
