Meet Johnny: A nanny, babysitter, and au pair in Sydney, NSW

Hey guys, I'm Johnny - born and raised in Sydney. I work a FT corporate role professionally but would love to do some babysitting on the side (my work hours are flexible so this can be discussed further). I love supporting kids as they grow and learn, especially during their early developmental years. While my main caring background is in disability support, many of the key skills like patience, empathy, and clear communication are the same. I'm kind, reliable, and believe in working collaboratively with both children and families to create a positive environment.
