Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi! My name is Hayley, and I’m a 24 year old university student commencing my Psychology Honours in February, with plans to start my master’s next year. I have a passion for working with children and years of hands-on experience as a babysitter for kids aged 5-12, a tutor for a primary school student, and a dance teacher for children. I love creating a warm and engaging environment where kids feel supported and have fun. Whether it’s helping with homework, planning creative and outdoor activities, or keeping a structured and active routine, I always bring patience, responsibility, and enthusiasm to my work. I also love to cook and am happy to prepare meals, along with assisting with light household tasks. I have a full driver’s licence and my own car, so I can help with school pick-ups, drop-offs, and other transportation needs. I’m based in Dulwich Hill but happy to travel for the right family. I have a valid WWCC and willing to get a Police Check if necessary. I’m looking for a consistent babysitting or nanny role for 2-3 days a week to support my studies this year. I’m available on Wednesdays-Fridays and weekends, and my rate is $30 per hour. I can start ASAP.

Hey there, I'm a fun but responsible carer with a lot of experience, at now 36 I haven't had my own litter yet, but I have cared for my nephews and nieces at all stages of their lives when I'm visiting home (NZ). One of my nephews is autistic but vocal, we have a lot of fun playing with Lego and he takes his medication when aunty beck says its time. I have also cared for many young and older kids years ago when I was in my late teens, I have them on facebook...scary thought to see them now having their babies, no idea where the time has gone. I also work as a pharmacy technician on Mondays and Fridays; I've held a first aid certificate many times through my 10 years in pharmacy, but I will need to update it soon. I have room for three in my reliable car due to not having a middle seat belt in the back, I have a current police check. I'm able to cook planned meals and help out with reading, homework etc. In my free time I run a small artisan jewelry business and sculpt miniature figures, I also like making all sorts of art. My approach to caring for kids is to be friends with them and take interest in what they like rather than being the bossy lady. Their safety is of course important to me at all times even if they're tucked up in bed, I always check up on them. Pet friendly and don't mind cleaning up after animals, sorting out litter boxes... I'm a bit of an all-rounder. I can provide character references from work colleagues, being a NZ citizen means I'm here for a long time and will most likely see your kids grow up with you. I hope that covers everything but feel free to send through any questions.

I have an Australian Drivers License and I have my own car and I am a non-smoker. I was nannying for a family with 3 children ages 5, 3 and 19 months for over a year yet unfortunately they needed a live in au-pair and I was unable to continue due to studying commitments.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting,Au Pair

My name is Fabiola (Fabi). I am an Australian Citizen (I have lived in Sydney most of my life and intend to continue residing in Sydney). I have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid & CPR Certification. I am fully vaccinated against COVID 19 as well as against flu and whooping cough. I do not drive, but am very adept at travelling with babies and children on Public Transport. I have a University of Sydney Bachelor of Arts (Honours in Education) degree with a triple major: Psychology/Education/Mathematics (my favourite subject being Developmental Psychology). I have extensive experience as a nanny, babysitter and tutor: positions I have always thoroughly enjoyed. I believe that ensuring children's safety, and respecting them and listening to them is of utmost importance. I have loved and been fascinated by children ever since I can remember. Since I was 15, I have provided both paid and non-paid childcare: I have a natural aptitude for facilitating children's learning in a fun way. I love caring for babies; it is a privilege to be there when they are learning so much: the world we tend to take for granted is so brand new to them …. I delight in the "purity" of children and their behaviour. And when their behaviour is ah… beyond the pale, I take deep breaths and somehow tend to keep my cool! I am a good communicator, mature, trustworthy, honest, reliable, nurturing, compassionate, loving, patient, friendly, kind, humorous, easygoing, active, energetic, and creative. I care very much for nature and the environment and enjoy a healthy life style (e.g. I do not smoke). I put my all into the babies, toddlers and children under my care. I positively impact their lives: being a good role model, seizing the opportunities that present themselves to further their development and education, having fun with them, and being there for them as they face life's challenges. I also provide solid support for the parents. So, if you need a nanny, babysitter, educator or tutor who a) absolutely loves interacting with babies (including newborns), toddlers and children, b) is passionate and knowledgeable about childhood development and teaching, and c) loves to feel like a part of the family, well, here I am!
