My name is Tenille, and I’ve developed a strong passion for nannying through my last a year of experience caring for two wonderful children part-time in Melbourne. In this role, I supported their daily after-school routines and created a safe, nurturing environment where they could thrive. I was genuinely sad to say goodbye when I recently relocated, and I’m now looking for my next role where I can continue doing what I love—nurturing children’s growth and wellbeing. I’m a calm and patient person, but I know when to turn up the fun and excitement!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

My name is Alexandra and I am studying a Bachelor of Social Work. A big part of my personality is getting to know people and having a good yarn as I believe that is the best way to understand someone. I really enjoy spending time with kids as I find there is a lot of fun and fulfilment from learning about them and getting to connect with them. I am currently working as a social carer with two children with special needs, and have been enjoying developing a relationship with them and trying to implement a good routine. I have many interests and honestly - they are all over the place! I love going to the beach, even if it's just to sit with a beverage and watch the ocean. I also love the park and watching the animals and people walking along. When going out with friends or family I tend to gravitate to activities such as bowling, laser tag, the movies, or going out to eat. I'm relatively easy-going so as long as the company is good and happy then I'm happy! When at home, I enjoy (basic) knitting while watching some quality TV or movies. For TV I prefer docu-series or comedies or dramas (or a mix of all!). For movies I often pick the comedies or rom-coms, but you won't see me shying away from a scary movie if everyone in the room is in agreement. I love to paint, and though I'm no Michelangelo, I do believe it is so fun and calming, even if I'm just painting a solid colour on a canvas. I enjoy a drive around too and am not against driving to a new area for a good food spot or activity or museum to see. My current work is casual so I have a pretty flexible schedule.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there, my name is Emika and I am a 36 year old female born and bred on the Northern Beaches. I have been a flight attendant with Virgin Australia for the past 14 years. Prior to this, I was a tennis coach for about 3 years casually and then 3 years full time after having competed through my teenage years. I was very likeable by the kids I coached and through that gained numerous babysitting jobs for those kids. I also used to work during the school holidays running tennis camps where the kids were in my care Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Working at Virgin, I am constantly helping parents take care of children and infants who travel with them. I have also gained a few babysitting jobs through work colleagues at Virgin. I was stood down in my position at Virgin from March 2020 to January 2021 due to Covid. During this time, I gained numerous babysitting/nannying and housework help jobs. I am stood back up now but currently on ground duties which is more predictable and stable. I am happy to help casually wherever/whenever I can. I always take pride in what I do and ensure I am able to do things to the best of my ability. It feels so rewarding to help people and do a good job doing it. I love seeing children happy and being able to make them smile/laugh. How I treat children is how I would treat my own that I hope to have some time in the near future. With my experience, I have high expectations of myself and you can expect me to always come to work committed to make positive impacts. I love the outdoors and like to eat healthily so have no trouble passing that on to your children should you require that. I have 2 mini dachshunds so would be fine with animals around. Also happy to help out with around the house chores, dog walking, shopping etc. if neeed be to ease your workload looking after children. I have a full Australian drivers license and WWCC. Every year at Virgin we undertake a first aid and CPR course and every 2 years, we must renew our national security I.D. which means they run a police check on us. If there are any charges or infringements, we would not be able to renew. This has never happened to me in over 14 years. Am also triple vaccinated Looking forward to hearing from you. Ps: please ignore the 1 star. I don’t know how it got there, I’m yet to get a job through here and I contacted the management and they said they can’t remove it as they took over from a previous management. Promise I’m a 5 star!

Looking for: Part-time

Hello, Update- only Wednesdays available. Available and qualified Newborn Care Nanny. I am available for short term and long term. I am local to Roseville and have excellent local references. I have an absolute love for working with newborns and their parents. I very much enjoy getting to know new families and working alongside parents and their individual family needs. I am happy to work with parents home or autonomously. What ever the family needs. I have been working with newborns for the last 20 years. I work with singletons, multiples and premature babies. My goal with each family is to fit in with the flow of their family life and give parents respite while I give high quality care to their new little ones. On top of my Childcare qualifications, I have trained with Newborn Care Solutions and gained my certificate which gave me a wealth of extra knowledge. I can help parents set up excellent sleep and feed routines (including sleep cues for under 4mo), I can help with gentle sleep conditioning from 4mo onwards or practice attachment style parenting or aware parenting styles if this is preferred. I don’t have one style of Nannying, so am open to continue doing what ever practice suits the family as long as safety if followed. My main priority is always the babies, but while a baby sleeps I will fold and put away laundry, iron, tidy up, unload dishwashers, sterilise baby equipment, change babies bedding etc. A few of my recent roles. 3 days a week with a baby boy who was 10 weeks when I started. I now continue to do Tuesdays with him and he has just turned two. Sole care. Two days a week with a baby boy who was 16 weeks when I started. Mum was diagnosed with PND and needed a calm and reassuring environment. We got baby on an excellent routine and even sleeping through the night. This improved mums confidence incredibly. Mix of sole and shared care. 16 mo girl and mum was still pregnant with the twins so have been there from day 1 for all the newborn loveliness and challenges with the twins. Once twins were 4mo I helped Mum do gentle sleep conditioning with them. I introduced solids via Baby Led Weaning to the twins. I Also helped gentle sleep train toddler for day nap. All 3 girls are now excellent sleepers. Please read on for more info about my history and experience. I am also an experienced Nanny and Childcare worker. I am Mummy to Aria 11yrs and Olivia 9yrs. Having my own children does not impact my work days as my husband stays home on the days I work so is available for anything that may come up with our children. In Oct 2021 I finished up a full time Nanny role (40 hrs a week) to a gorgeous nearly 4yr old boy. I have been his Nanny since he was 8 months old. I love him dearly and treat him as one of my own children. I only finished up this role as we moved from Gymea to Roseville and the travel was too far. For the past nearly 4 years the little ones I Nannied for and me have spent every week day together having fun filled days, Kindy Gym, library time, play groups, beach, parks, begin bright classes, art classes etc I love being out and about and never use TV or screens as a distraction or time filler. I have a Cert lll in Children's services and trained as a Newborn Care Specialist. I have a current WWCC and Police check. I have a current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Allergy training. I also have lots of personal experience with my own daughter’s Asthma, food allergies (FPIES, type 1 dairy allergy and severe dust and dust mite allergy). I have my own car with a professionally fitted 6mo-8y, 2019 Infasecure Grandeur car seat and a Safeguard 4-10yrs booster seat, as well as a clean drivers licence. All documents, references and CV is available to email upon request. I am very patient, empathetic and caring, I adore being a Mummy and love working with children. I can be contacted anytime via email or mobile to discuss further.
