I have a strong professional background working with children and young people in residential care settings, with both extensive experience and formal education in this field. My focus has been on supporting young people in their day-to-day lives, encouraging independence, understanding developmental stages, and working towards positive outcomes. I’m trained in therapeutic care models and have solid knowledge of behaviour management, along with some experience in supporting neurodiverse children—though I understand this may not be relevant to every role.
