Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hello! My name is Sophie and I am a 27 year old living in the north of Sydney. After a hiatus of several years, I am back on this server to look for work on a casual basis. I’ve had about five years experience nannying when I left school and into further study. I currently work in health at the bloodbank (Lifeblood) with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts. I have noticed myself missing interactions with young people, and would like the opportunity to look after and engage with children again when I am not in my other role.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi my name is Jacqueline. I am a 43year old non-smoking female and I have lived in Sydney the last 15 years. I moved here to help a family relocate from NZ who I worked with for over 6 years. I have worked as a nanny for the last 23 years and have worked for one family who included 5 children under 10 so big families are no problem! I have been working regularly for many families in the Mosman/Neutral Bay area for the last 15 years. I have experience in looking after children from newborn babies right through to teenagers and also have experience working with twins, diabetic & special needs children. I'm willing to help out with light household duties (cooking, child related cleaning, laundry, shopping, running errands etc) I am very flexible with my hours and after 23 years I know how important this is as unexpected things often happen from working late to last minute dinners to being stuck in crazy Sydney traffic! I am happy to stay late when needed as well as some weekend work, I realise its often hard to have set hours in this job and wouldn't expect to walk out the door at the same time every day. I also have my own car and booster seats if needed. I have been working full time with an amazing local family for the last 5 years but have gone down from 5 days a week to 2 days this year so I will have 2-3 days per week available. I can provide references from my current family as well as many other families in the Mosman, Cremorne and Neutral Bay areas for nannying, babysitting and overnight/long weekend stays. I have my police and WWCC checks and am currently updating my first aid certificate as it has expired. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or would like to chat.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Dear Sir/Madam I have over 10 years' experience working closely with children, young adults, adults and elderly in private settings delivering personalised care and support, as well as direct care and support of children and people with special and complex needs. I am a dynamic and practical hands-on, reliable, people-oriented, passionate about promoting the development and well-being of people. I work as a team, collaborating with parents to support their children in developing strategies to improve their well-being, their quality of life and minimise behaviours that may worry you. I have looked after children since the age of 18, first in Mexico and since 2008 in Australia (Sydney). I have spent many of my holidays, weeks and weekends looking after children aged 2 weeks to 16 years old. I know how to be fun, energetic and challenging. I worked as an Au Pair with a great family in the eastern suburbs for four years (2008-2012). I looked after three girls, a boy and their lovely dog since they were 9, 8, 6 and 5 years old. The children grew up and it was time to look for a new family. At the same time, I looked after children during the day, evenings, weekends and school holidays with different families around Eastern suburbs during my free time. I lived with another fantastic family in Mosman for 3 years (2012-2015). I looked after one girl and one boy since they were 5 and 7 years old and their gorgeous dog. Also, I have experience working as casual permanent educator in a day-care and preschool center in Mosman. At the present, I work as a casual babysitter with different families around Mosman and Lower North Shore suburbs. Besides, I work as an Aged Care, Disability, Support or Social Worker since 2000 with children, young adults and adults with people with special and complex needs. I help children and young people to learn and practice living skills to prepare them to be eventually self-sufficient and independent. Also, I teach them to have the confidence to organise their routines without having to involve other member of their family involved. I can assist you with household duties like cooking, decluttering and general household management. As well as help with your pets. I can walk them, play with them and bath them. My goal is to work with a family to help to meet all the parents and children's needs in a professional childcare environment and fulfilling the targets set by the family through teamwork and mutual commitment. I could also manager your household efficient and keep it organised. This can include weekly shopping, walk, play and feed your pets as other jobs around your house. I will make sure your family is eating healthy meals and undertaking plenty of educational and fun activities to stimulate them. I might be also taking care of all the domestic chores related to your children, to make your children learn to follow the house rules. I am available to work some morning, afternoons and evenings. as well as weekends. I could be available full days in school holidays. Working references available upon request. I have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, a Certificate III in Individual support (Ageing and Disability Specialisation), and a Degrees in IT and a second degree in Business (Marketing & Management Specialisation). Besides, I am a professional House and Pet sitter with great experience with plants, dogs, cats, birds, rabbits.... I am look forward to hearing from you. Citlali

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there, my name is Emika and I am a 36 year old female born and bred on the Northern Beaches. I have been a flight attendant with Virgin Australia for the past 14 years. Prior to this, I was a tennis coach for about 3 years casually and then 3 years full time after having competed through my teenage years. I was very likeable by the kids I coached and through that gained numerous babysitting jobs for those kids. I also used to work during the school holidays running tennis camps where the kids were in my care Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Working at Virgin, I am constantly helping parents take care of children and infants who travel with them. I have also gained a few babysitting jobs through work colleagues at Virgin. I was stood down in my position at Virgin from March 2020 to January 2021 due to Covid. During this time, I gained numerous babysitting/nannying and housework help jobs. I am stood back up now but currently on ground duties which is more predictable and stable. I am happy to help casually wherever/whenever I can. I always take pride in what I do and ensure I am able to do things to the best of my ability. It feels so rewarding to help people and do a good job doing it. I love seeing children happy and being able to make them smile/laugh. How I treat children is how I would treat my own that I hope to have some time in the near future. With my experience, I have high expectations of myself and you can expect me to always come to work committed to make positive impacts. I love the outdoors and like to eat healthily so have no trouble passing that on to your children should you require that. I have 2 mini dachshunds so would be fine with animals around. Also happy to help out with around the house chores, dog walking, shopping etc. if neeed be to ease your workload looking after children. I have a full Australian drivers license and WWCC. Every year at Virgin we undertake a first aid and CPR course and every 2 years, we must renew our national security I.D. which means they run a police check on us. If there are any charges or infringements, we would not be able to renew. This has never happened to me in over 14 years. Am also triple vaccinated Looking forward to hearing from you.
