Hi, I am Phoebe! I'm a 23-year-old Kiwi who's just wrapped up a four-year double degree in Sociology and Psychology in Portland, Oregon USA. I studied in the States while on an athletic scholarship for running. Having now graduated, the idea of moving to Sydney was far more enticing than home in NZ. After high school and before the States, I was a full-time nanny for a year. I took care of an energetic and sensitive 3-year-old boy, and his bold 1-year-old sister (I took care of her from infancy). It was a joy to take care of them, and I keep in touch with the family to date. As a nanny, I pride myself on matching the needs of the child. I am empathetic and responsible. I am well-organized and tidy. I am active and enjoy being outside. I grew up doing surf lifesaving back in NZ so have a high level of water safety which I believe is essential in a place such as Sydney!
