We are a family of four, my wife (Nidhi), our daughter (Saara), our dog (Chikoo) and myself.
We are based out of Macleod, about 15km north east of Melbourne city. My wife is currently living away in Sydney as she is doing her three years studies which she started in January this year. Hence the need for me to have someone to take care of Saara as an elder sister.
I have a background in IT (Cyber Security) and also have a growing business in my spare time as my long term plan. Saara is mostly independent as an 11 yrs old and your work would mainly be around helping her as a elder sister / friend along with basic household chores. You get pocket money, a separate ensuite, food, internet, Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc etc. As yet we have had 3 AuPairs and it has been a wonderful experience for both sides.

They are definitely full of fun energy so someone who enjoys to get out to a playground or somewhere fun with them but also interact with them at the house and keep them happy. They love eating , playing and having fun. ❤️experience with this age is definitely needed as I want to know that they are safe and in capable hands as I know how much it can be with 3 😂❤️I’m not sure on the hours yet but will always be during the day as they go to bed pretty early so early morning start late arvo finish just want to meet the right fit for us then take the shifts from there. Seeking a charismatic adult to be in the house at times when we are both at work to supervise our 2 boys, age 6 and 9. They are independent and fun and we are easygoing. Work is sporadic and will involve several hours at a time, usually afternoons but sometimes early mornings and occasionally an overnight stay or weekend days. We both know our rosters 12 months in advance so can book in advance, average at least 4 bookings per month. Role may include driving them to club sport sometimes after school.
Part time 10/15 hours per week. Primary care is for our 20 month old and occasionally his 7 year old brother as well. Looking for long term applications, we have had short term which has been great but are looking for consistency for the kids.
