Hi! We’re Jess and Sam, and we’re looking for a casual weekday nanny to spend time with our gorgeous 15-month-old daughter, Hazel.

Hazel is a happy, curious and adventurous little girl who loves to play, explore and connect with people. We’re really hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers — someone who loves getting down on the floor to play, heading outside, and engaging with her in a fun, warm and playful way.

We’re also expecting our second baby at the end of March, so we’d love to find someone who feels like a good fit with our family and can get to know Hazel before her little sibling arrives. The role is very much about enjoying Hazel and keeping her engaged — light cooking or tidying would be a bonus but not the priority.

Jess is a clinical psychologist and Sam is a psychiatrist, both specialising in child and adolescent mental health. We live on a large block of land and spend a lot of time outdoors, so someone who enjoys nature and being outside would be a great match.

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, reliable and playful who will adore Hazel as much as we do, and help make this transition into life with a newborn a little smoother for our family.

Ollie is autistic and has a mild intellectual disability but still attends regular school and is in grade 6. He is behind his peers in certain subjects and does well in others.

I am looking for the right person to assist with Homework and school work and also engage in different activities
Mondays 4-5 pm
Tuesdays 4-5 pm
Wednesdays 4-6 pm
Thursday 4-6 pm
Friday 4-6 pm

You are welcome to break up the homework with play and activities so there is a motivated child.

I require this every week at my house. There is a dedicated space for Oliver to do his homework at. Due to my work commitments I am unable to dedicate this time to him and am hoping someone can assist me with this.

Hours will be 7.30am-5pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Apart from the daily learning, your day will look like this but not limited to:

Serving the Kids meals and snacks - sometimes prepping for the meals.

Following both sleep schedules and current routine.

Maintaining clean play areas for the children before your day ends so the house is reset for the night.

Basic house cleaning after meals and helping with light house chores like washing the dishes and unstacking the dishes.

Lots of outdoor play is wanted as we don't to do TV or Ipads during the day.

We have a pinboard in their play space that we would like maintained with their artwork and activities during the day

We work fulltime and really need a reliable team
Member to help us out and keep the household running. Our current nanny has been accepted into the police force and we are sad to see her go!

Looking for a babysitter for our primary school aged boys. Hubby and I would love to get out on a few date nights and can be flexible with days and times. We would like to lock in a regular time as well as reach out on an as needed basic. Our boys have a variety of interests- basketball, football, camping, arts & crafts, board games, lego, bike riding, cooking and more. They are inquisitive, energetic and love new experiences. We are looking for a sitter for our 4 year old, we need someone who is available for the first Friday and third Saturday evening of the month: ongoing. We would like someone who is open to an occasional basis as well for events that may come up: with notice. The hours for the set Friday and Saturday are 7pm to 1am. (We don’t expect to be out till 1am often and more likely will be home between 11pm and 12am) We are offering $150.00 flat rate per evening; meaning wether we return at 11pm or 1am you will make $150.

What to Expect:

We have two dogs and a cat. We will put them away while you are here but if you have allergies we cannot accommodate them.

Our four year old will be fed, bathed, and ready to hang out when you arrive. We are hoping for someone who can create a “sleep over” vibe for him and be engaging with him. He can watch (pre approved) movies or play video games, or just play in general. We will inform you of our bed time routine so you can lay him down when he is tired.

The sitter should be able to pass a background check, CPR/first aid and references (we will accept character references for younger applicants). The ideal sitter would be looking to stay on ongoing for at least a year. If interested please send CV and references

We are a family of 5 living in Donvale, looking for a part time carer to help on Wednesdays from 8am - 5pm, as well as ad hoc weekdays, nights and weekends.

Our kids are turning 2, 4 and 6 in February/March. On Wednesdays the 3 and 5 year old girls are at kinder and school so care is mostly for our 2yo boy Charlie. Mum does the school run in the morning and picks the girls up after school to take them to swimming lessons. Some help with dishes/laundry appreciated. Food prep for kids and relevant clean up required. We often need extra help on other weekdays, weekends, or in the evenings for date nights etc :)
