Caring for two boys, 5 & 7: play, dinner (ready to eat), bedtime routine (no bath, just pj's and brush teeth) etc. Very easy and mostly they play independently or do homework, you will simply keep an eye on them while hubby and I work - we will be around for any q's etc.
Ideally you will work Thursday and/or Tuesday evenings, 5 - 7:30 with no housework, or if you're willing to do light housework 3:45 - 7:15.
If you are interested in doing housework, it will be mostly: packing away toys, vacuum living/play areas, occasional laundry folding/pack, wipe down kitchen, wipe flat surfaces/mirrors, no heavy cleaning since we have a regular cleaner. But with two boys the house always gets messy.

He is supported after school 3pm-8pm, weekends and school holiday. One of his current support workers is going away later in the year and we are looking to start training someone to replace her starting end of june. Days are flexible with tuesday, wednesday and thursday after school avaiable and fortnightly Sundays 3pm-8pm available. To start with we would be looking for 1-2 shifts per week with the potential to increase in the future. All training and ongoing support is provided by me so no need for prior experience but this is highly regarded. You would need to be mature, nurturing, and to have a passion for working with children and learning new skills as well as the ability to stay calm when child is dysregulated and adapt to ongoing training and feedback. Someone who is either working in or aspiring to work in behaviour support, occupational therapy, speech therapy or physio therapy would be perfect for this role as we work closely with these therapies and integrate goals into what we do with the children on a daily basis. Your job will be solely to care for the baby, which will involve feeding, burping and changing her, rocking her to sleep, maybe folding some washing. This is mainly done in our lounge room, so you can watch TV at the same time. As she gets older, putting her to sleep in her crib (you can watch her on the monitor) and doing some light household duties, e.g. unloading the dishwasher.

My baby daughter will be 3 months old when I return to work in the medical field. Experience, trustworthiness and reliability are most important. Nursing, midwifery, early childhood or other similar qualifications (including cooking!) would be highly valued and I can be flexible wherever possible to make things work for the right person. Ideally you would live in a nearby suburb so that transport/commuting is not a factor.
Start time 7am most days, occasionally 6.30am (once/month usually, occasionally one extra early start per month). Finish time around 6.30pm, may vary by 1/2 to 1 hour either side. Some flexibility is required on occasions if I get stuck at work. I will always have a backup family member available for emergencies, but would really value someone who understands the nature of my work commitments and who can usually be flexible when needed.
Main focus of course is the baby and associated tasks; keeping the house clean and tidy and running nicely would be much appreciated (emptying dishwasher, batch cooking, small errands, occasional ironing/using steam iron on a few items would be very welcome). There is a regular house cleaner already.

Looking for someone with experience to care for 2 children aged 3.5years (girl) and 5years (boy) after school. Hours are Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday from 3pm to 6pm. Role involves collecting from school at 3pm and walking them home 400m making the kids their dinner and doing lunchboxes for the next day. And having fun! One day a week involves walking home via a local tennis lesson so the kids can have their lesson for half an hour on the way home.
We are hoping for someone who has a car as next year the 5yo is going to go to a school driving distance away so the afternoon will be collecting the 2 from two schools by car and driving them home rather than walking.
We are looking for someone who has experience with kids and is kind. Our household is a relaxed fun environment and includes a fluffy cat. My husband and I have busy jobs and we need someone reliable and who is always on time for pick up.
Some evenings we will ask to see if you can stay on later and babysit in the evening if we have an evening activity to be at but this is just extra as able (maybe once a fortnight).
