We have two daughters (10 and 13), who attend Wenona school in North Sydney. We are looking for someone to help out with school pick-ups, supervising and spending time with the kids and general household help on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, around 1:30-6:30pm each day. We can be flexible with start and end times for the right person. If you had flexibility to take on additional hours other days where needed, that would be great, but not essential.
We both work, our kids have various after school sports and activities, and we have a small, high-energy friendly dog in the mix as well. Both of the kids are active and sociable and love having a nanny around. We are looking for someone who is willing to:
- Collect the kids from school and/or take them to/from after school activities
- Spend time with our 10 year old – helping with homework or just playing / drawing
- Preparing simple dinners
- Help out around the house – organising kids activities, doing the washing, tidying, shopping and running local errands where needed
- Walking our dog (generally with our youngest daughter - we have a dog park on our street)
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, energetic and organised to pitch in and become part of the extended family. We've previously found the help we need often fits well around people's studies. You need to be kind and affectionate - our kids will definitely reciprocate - and be okay with a variety of pets.
Ideally, you'd be open to making this a longish-term arrangement (though we're not asking for a commitment). We've had a few long-term nannies who have become part of the family and we remain close to, and we'd love you to be the next.
Hello, we are a warm family of five living in Lindfield. We have 2 happy and fun children - 6yo (Year 2) and 18mo (daycare). Our well behaved Cavoodle adores the children and they play well together.
We are looking for an after school nanny to care for our girl on Thursdays after school 3.30pm-7pm, start early February. School is a leisurely 10mins walk home and we love picking her up from school so you will meet her at home. On rare occasions, we may prearrange with you to pick her up from school.
Our girl is happy child, loves imaginative and creative play. She enjoys reading. The typical afternoon involves giving snack, engaging with her in fun activities, outdoor play, ensure homework and cello practice is done, preparing simple dinner, and getting ready for bed. Both parents are at work with at least one of us working from home.
Our baby boy is home from daycare 5-5.30pm. One parent will care for him so you can focus our girl.
We’d love some help with light housework, e.g. keeping kitchen and play room tidy, laundry and dishwasher.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
