I’m a compassionate and responsible nursing student at Curtin University with hands-on experience in providing care and support to individuals of all ages. My background in healthcare, first aid, and child safety training has equipped me with the skills to handle children with patience, empathy, and attentiveness. I enjoy engaging kids in creative and educational activities while ensuring their well-being and comfort. I’m reliable, friendly, and committed to creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

I love children! I'm an honest, patient, hard-working, reliable, friendly, clean person. I have done a heap of babysitting with children of a variety of ages (0-12 months, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 year olds) over the last 20 years. I have also done a heap of work with all ages and a range of disabilities as a Speech Pathologist. Speech Pathologists have detailed knowledge in child development; in particular assessment and treatment of difficulties related to feeding, swallowing, stuttering, speech and language development. I'm currently studying my Masters in Counselling. I'm interested in part-time or casual/ad-hoc work. I have previously attended library programs like story-time or rhyme-time, the beach, indoor play centres and so on, done school pick-ups and meal prep. Happy to stay with kids at home too or do NDIS funded support work as needed.

I have many years experience caring for children ranging in age from newborns to teenagers. My most recent experience is with children aged 18 months to 8 years of age and previous experience includes babies from 4 months of age, and older kids too .... and I also have 3 boys of my own (14, 17 and 20). For your peace of mind, I have police clearance, WWCC, safe and reliable vehicle with car seats, first aid and excellent references, available upon request.... and pets are fine too!! Hello parents who are seeking a trustworthy, realistic, reliable and honest babysitter. I know i am that person for you 100%. Being a parent myself i undeniably understand the importance and just genuine care it takes to sincerely look after a child, let alone raise the one child i do have, who is my son and absolute number 1. I too had the joys of juggling my home and work life balance and luckily enough in his prime younger days i had opened my own cafe so he was involved and with me a lot but i also had the great helping hands of his amazing hands on grandparents that live in beaconsfield (not far from my cafe at the time) so on those super hectic busy days they would help out a lot. And more so when he started school. I breastfed my boy for 18 months so he spent a lot of his time with me before starting his schooling journey, he is now in his last year of primary school at age 11 turning 12 in October but its different time spent nowadays, we get quality time its just not the amount it was before he grew up so quickly. Hence why i am looking for in between fulfilling work where i can offer my professional, mature but natural and realistic help/support to others and their bubbas/children where i can. Life can get busy and chaotic at times and the last thing you need when having to juggle and balance the work and home Life gig is to be left wondering if your baby/child is ok and in safe hands.
