I too had the joys of juggling my home and work life balance and luckily enough in his prime younger days i had opened my own cafe so he was involved and with me a lot but i also had the great helping hands of his amazing hands on grandparents that live in beaconsfield (not far from my cafe at the time) so on those super hectic busy days they would help out a lot. And more so when he started school. I breastfed my boy for 18 months so he spent a lot of his time with me before starting his schooling journey, he is now in his last year of primary school at age 11 turning 12 in October but its different time spent nowadays, we get quality time its just not the amount it was before he grew up so quickly. Hence why i am looking for in between fulfilling work where i can offer my professional, mature but natural and realistic help/support to others and their bubbas/children where i can.
