I am currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Teaching at Notre Dame in Freo.
I recently graduated from St Hildas Anglican School for Girls and hold a Certificate IV in education support, with over 100 hours of practicum experience. This experience included working as an Education Assistant in the kindergarten class at St Hildas Junior School campus for Term 1. (PLEASE NOTE!!! i cannot babysit any students who go to st hildas)
At the start of the year, I worked as an Education Assistant at St Hildas, where I work one-on-one with students, including those with autism, in both mainstream and special needs settings. Additionally, I tutor at Methodist Ladies' College (MLC) a few hours each week. I have also volunteered in Cambodia, helping disadvantaged children learn basic English and life skills, which has been a deeply rewarding experience. I have experience in babysitting, which i have done for 2+ years, and nanny for another family, 1-3 times a week, including pickups, dropoffs, dog walking, making dinner, bathing, cleaning and getting ready for bed.
I am fully qualified with a first aid certification, a Working with Children Check, police clearance, and a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check granted by the Education Department. My background in education and my diverse experiences working with children have equipped me with the skills and patience necessary to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your children.
