Looking for: Casual Babysitting

Hi I'm Nick! I'm an active, energetic guy, currently studying and working casually for an amazing org that runs capacity-building adventure programs down on the Surf Coast for teens living with a disability. I’m hoping to find some extra work this year while studying and would love to connect with a busy, local family. I can provide wonderful references and up to date quals including ~ WWCC, First Aid, Bronze Medallion, Police Check and NDIS Screening Check. I’m also more than happy to help out with chores, simple meals or pet care (love doggos!). If you have any questions or might like to chat about the support you’re looking for, please feel free to reach out anytime. Thanks! Nick

I’m someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with kids and creating a calm, fun, and supportive environment for them to grow and feel safe in. I’m happy to help out in whatever way suits your family best — whether that’s after-school pickups, a few hours so you can have a break or run errands, or helping out with dinner, tidying, and the evening routine. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable with who’s around your kids, so I always aim to build a warm and open connection with both children and parents. Clear communication and flexibility are really important to me. Feel free to get in touch — I’d love to hear more about your family and how I might be able to help out!

Looking for: Casual Babysitting

Hey, I’m Jas! I have over 13 years nannying experience. 13 YEARS!! Let me tell you I’ve seen & done it all. I absolutely adore babies, toddlers & kids. Please note my rate is on the higher end due to the experience I have and I am available for last minute jobs. Over two kids adds an extra $5 per hour. A little bit about me - I have a wine and cheese bar in Perth, WA called 'Powells' & I have a small catering business that I also run on weekends in Melbourne. I am looking to open a bar in Melbourne, however love to do nannying on the side so I am very flexible. I have been nominated as finalist both 2024 and 2025 for 7News Young Achiever Awards in hospitality and career achievement. I’d like to do ad hoc nannying for a couple of families (think date lunches/ nights), you have to go away for work or a small couple getaway etc. I am extremely reliable and trustworthy. I have years of experience and families. In Perth, I nannied a beautiful family of three, (5months), 2 and a half & 4 year old. I have loved watching them grow over three years. I loved interactive play, as well as singing and dancing with them. We spent whole days together and go on 'adventures' in which I found fun activities to do. Whilst the kids are sleeping, I do light housework of cleaning the play area and any dishes used from making food. In Melbourne, I nannied a family of two girls, for two years, one is now three in March & the other is 6 in August. This was on a Monday and Tuesday full day. A couple of years ago, I nannyied a beautiful 13 month old boy, however, they moved to Brisbane. Previously before I nannied a family of three girls for three years whilst I studied at University. The youngest was 10 months when I first started and it was an amazing experience to be with them as they slowly grew up into little girls. All girls were 2 years apart. The oldest being 8 years old when I left. I did everything with them - from taking them to kindy/ school / dancing/ gymnastics/ piano lessons/ the doctors and going shopping/ movies on days off! I also helped toilet train/ make breakfasts/ lunches/ dinners and bath time. I have had a ridiculous amount of nannying experience (13 years now) and becoming part of families. I love watching kids grow and learn. I completely understand ‘big little feelings’ and also have a strong interest in child development. I have literally seen & done it all in regards to nannying. I’ve done overnight stays, week long looking after (from school drop off to bed routine) to potty training. I am happy to help from birth, more so making sure mum and bub are settling in ok and sometimes you just need to have a shower alone - to looking after bub whilst you’re out for a walk. Sometimes you just need someone around to make you a coffee. Whilst bub gets older and you settle more into a routine, I’m there to help out with the other tasks. If you need to get back into working I’m reliable and trust worthy with the knowledge to react in all situations possible. If you have littlies and need the extra help, I’m there too. My preference would be minimum 4 hours and the ability to take them out on adventures (play grounds / walking / activity spaces). This would be obviously after we have become comfortable with each other. (We all get cabin fever staying inside all day). I'm an outgoing, friendly and caring person, who adores spending time and bonding with children. I believe it is important to have limited screen time and spend as much time playing outside, cooking and learning new things.
