Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi! My name is Orvokki, and I am a 20-year-old woman who is currently studying music at UniMelb. I have worked as a piano and violin teacher since I was 13 years old, and I have many years of babysitting experience, so I have a lot of experience with children of all ages. I am warm and kind, enjoy being silly when appropriate, and believe that playfulness is essential for all humans, children and adults. I am originally from the country, but moved to the city to study. I grew up in Mansfield, then moved to Castlemaine as a teenager, and was educated in Steiner schools in both towns. Steiner education means a lot to me. Evidently, I love music, but I also adore pets and all kinds of animals, language learning, art and honestly anything else fun/creative. I believe I am a good balance of kind and loving yet firm and strong. I am excellent at problem-solving and think that communication is my biggest strength. Thanks for reading!

Hi families!!! My name is Hannah, I'm 28 years old and originally from Ireland. I am on a sponsorship so I am lucky enough to call Melbourne my home! I absolutely love working with children and have over 4 years of childcare experience caring for children of different ages. For the past 2.5 years, I've been caring for a little boy who I started looking after when he was just 16 months old. Watching him grow and being part of his development has been incredibly rewarding. As his family is sadly relocating overseas, I'm now looking for a new family. I also currently work with another wonderful family every Thursday and have been with them for over a year, which I continue to do on an ongoing basis. I enjoy creating fun, engaging, and nurturing environments for children. Whether it's arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, trips to the library, playgroups, sensory activities, or simply encouraging imaginative play, I love helping children learn and grow through everyday experiences. I am reliable, caring, patient, and genuinely enjoy building strong relationships with both children and parents. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your little ones, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and positive environment at all times. Hi there! My name is Brydie-Leigh, I am 21 years old, I was born and raised on the Gold Coast and was studying a Bachelor of Veterinary Science at The University of Queensland until I recently moved to Melbourne to embark on an exciting new journey in my life - I am now studying a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne. I understand how important it is to create a warm, friendly environment for kids so my goal is always to make sure your children feel comfortable and happy, so they look forward to spending time with their babysitter, rather than dreading their parents departure. Building a strong, trusting relationship with each child is really important to me, and I'm extremely focused on fostering a safe, fun, and supportive space where your kids can feel right at home. I also ran a tutoring business of my own so I am capable of assisting in tutoring activities after school included in babysitting. I have references to provide also.
