Hi, my name is Rani. I’m 28 years old and have been working in early childhood education for almost eight years. I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and have experience caring for and educating children from 3 months to 6+ years of age.
Working with children is something I genuinely love and feel incredibly passionate about. I find it such a rewarding career and believe the early years are a vital stage in every child’s development.
My goal is always to provide high-quality care in an environment that is safe, nurturing, engaging and educational. I strive to support each child’s individual needs, interests and strengths while encouraging their confidence, independence and overall wellbeing. I believe children learn best when they feel secure, valued and happy, and I aim to create an atmosphere built on trust, patience, kindness, laughter and meaningful learning experiences.
A little about me, I have a passion for travel and love spending time outdoors, whether that’s hiking, exploring nature or going for walks with my dog. I’ve been fortunate enough to hike throughout Australia and overseas, and I enjoy experiencing different cultures and meeting new people. Outside of work, I also love cooking and baking, trying new recipes, reading, camping, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
