Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi parents, my name is Anna. I’m 21 years old and currently studying at Deakin University. I’ve been working consistently with children for over 3 years and have been babysitting casually since I was 16. I’m a nurturing, responsible, and energetic carer who genuinely enjoys helping children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. I have experience with children aged 4 months to 12 years as well as neurodiverse children, and I’m confident managing a range of routines and activities. I’m also a competent driver, comfortable with pets, and happy to assist with light household tasks like cooking and cleaning. With a flexible university schedule, I’m currently looking for casual nannying opportunities and would love the chance to support your family.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi families! My name is Crystal, and I’m a third year university student at Deakin University. I am currently studying the Bachelor of Biomedical Science, with the aim of getting into Medicine. I’m passionate about caring for others, which is reflected both in my studies and in the way I approach working with children (calm, attentive, loving). Over the past year, I have worked as an after-school and school holiday nanny for two boys aged 4 and 6. My afternoons with them have been spent doing trips to the playground and pool, baking, games and lots of outdoor play. I also joined the family on an overseas holiday, supporting the children and acting as an extra set of hands, so I’m very comfortable in both home and travel settings. In addition to this, I have very hands-on experience as a mother’s helper with my two nephews (currently 19 months and 15 weeks old). When my sister returned to work, I was responsible for sole care of her eldest from five months of age 2x days a week. Since welcoming her second baby, I have regularly cared for both boys together while she attended brief appointments, ran errands, had a shower or caught up on sleep! I also act as an extra set of hands for her with attending any appointments or adventures out of the house - even if that’s just to assist in the backseat during car trips. I am therefore very comfortable working alongside parents as a mother’s helper and would be thrilled to be a part of your family’s journey. I hold a current WWCC and first aid training, a driver’s licence (green P’s) and my own car. If you think I would be a good fit for your family, please reach out as I'd love to hear from you! Many thanks, Crystal

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hello! I moved to Australia over thirteen years ago from Canada to work as an au pair. I have over twenty years of experience caring for children from as young as newborns to children older in age. I completed the Babysitter’s course at the age of twelve and my many years of childcare experience began at a young age by caring for family friends children as well as my brother and sister who are twelve and ten years younger than me. I have worked as an au pair and nanny over my time here in Australia, in both Victoria and in Western Australia. I have also been qualified as a family and children’s yoga teacher which I am very passionate about. I absolutely love working with children, being a supportive person in their life and being someone to help in teaching them meaningful practices like mindfulness. I love cooking and am someone that cleans up as I go. I am able to take care of the children while ensuring household tasks are also taken care of. First Aid is consistently maintained with my last certification being granted on 07/01/2026. WWCC: 18/09/2030.

Looking for: Casual Babysitting

Hello! My name is Jenna Bird, I am a 20 year old university student studying to be a teacher. I currently work as an Aide (education support worker) at a primary school where I support students learning in the classroom environment. I am looking to take on some casual babysitting jobs to earn some extra income, and because early childhood education is very near and dear to my heart I thought what better way to earn some extra money by doing something I love. I have always wanted to be a childcare worker or teacher it has always been a very clear journey for me, and I take the responsibility of contributing to a child's growth and wellbeing very seriously. My aim is to create a safe, caring and engaging environment that mimics parents existing styles while also being authentic to myself, and communicate with parents so they know that their child is safe and happy.

I’ve worked with children for over 5 years and have spent the last 3 years as a nanny for the same wonderful family. I have an incredible relationship with them all, and it’s truly been a joy to become part of their lives. I also share a beautiful, loving bond with their daughter, who’s now 4 — watching her grow from a baby into the little girl she is today has honestly been one of the greatest pleasures of my life. I’m highly experienced, but beyond that, I genuinely love what I do. Creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive is something I take a lot of pride in. I have found I've become best friends with the children and importantly families I've worked for over the years.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi Families, My name is Jasmine - I’m a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Family Health Nursing, and I’m also a Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educator. I’ve spent the past 11+ years working alongside families as a private nanny (including newborns and multiples), a paediatric nurse at The Royal Children’s Hospital, and in early childhood settings. Most of my experience has centred around those really early years of life, and it’s where I feel most at home professionally - supporting babies and children through that incredible 0-2 stage, and helping parents feel a little more rested, supported and confident along the way. What matters most to me is trust and connection. All of my roles have been long-term, and I’ve stayed in touch with the families I’ve worked with, which is something I really value. I don’t see this as ā€œjust a jobā€ - in fact I like to think that the right role / family fit means it doesn’t feel like a job at all. I genuinely care about the families I support and the relationships I build with them. Becoming a mum myself has only deepened that. I understand how personal it is to welcome someone into your home and into your child’s early life, and I’ll never take that lightly. At the moment, I’m looking for a role of 1–2 days per week with a family where I can provide consistent, ongoing/long term support. Qualifications & Checks: • Bachelor of Nursing • Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Family Health Nursing • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care • Working With Children Check • Police Check • First Aid & CPR I’d really love the opportunity to connect with the right family and am in no rush looking for the perfect match. Looking forward to hearing from you! Warmly, Jasmine
