Im a qualified Naturopath and use herbs, nutrition and homeopathics to maintain the health of myself, my family and friends. I love meditation and volunteer at a local Buddhist/Meditation center. In the past I have also provided before and after school care in my home for children from my son's school. Imaginative play, movement and emersement in the natural environment as well as engagement in meaningful activities of daily life such as cooking gardening, building, home maintenance, gathering and chopping of wood for winter fires are common activities the children will engage in in my care.
