I am a caring, reliable, and patient student midwife with a background in children’s clinical support work and teaching children's yoga classes. I am experienced in supporting newborns, infants, and young children, and love creating safe, nurturing environments fostering curiosity and confidence building. I encourage play, creativity, and outdoor adventures, and enjoy being active with children—whether that’s exploring nature or supporting their growing independence and connection. My yoga and mindfulness background means I am able to remain present and compassionate, particularly when supporting children and families in more challenging moments. Nurturing trusting and meaningful relationships with the families I support is very important to me. I am interested in I have training in mindfulness and meditation, which I gently incorporate into my care by encouraging emotional awareness, calm moments, and self-regulation through play, breathing, and rest. I am passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing as a whole—emotionally, physically, and creatively—and bringing a calm, positive energy into home spaces.
Outside of my studies and work, I enjoy dance, being with friends and in community, swimming, art and cycling. I have interests in somatic movement, psychotherapy, and health.
